IS HIITFIT ANYTIME FOR BEGINNERS?

Whether you’re a beginner working out for the first time or advanced and looking for a new challenge, our nationally certified Personal Trainers are skilled at creating and modifying workouts to meet your needs.

WHAT IF I WANT TO WORK OUT LONGER THAN 30 MINUTES?

HIIT workouts are the shortest and most efficient workouts possible. They typically last 30 minutes or less. If you would like to continue exercising after your HIIT session is complete, you’re welcome to pay a small $5 club fee and access our indoor running track, plus the full range of cardio, machine, and free weight equipment at the new 19,000 square foot Shenandoah Powerhouse.

CAN I BRING MY CHILD TO MY WORKOUT?

Yes! We have a fun playroom and experienced caregivers who will watch your child while you work out. This convenient service is available six days a week. Just check the playroom hours ahead of your visit.

WHEN ARE HIITFIT ANYTIME CLASSES OFFERED?

You can work out with a HiitFIT trainer six days a week, mornings, afternoons, or evenings. Just show up when it’s convenient for you. View the HiitFIT anytime link on this page for details!

Take on a fun, high intensity workout that pairs dance club beats with simple, funky Pop and Hip Hop moves. No dance experience is required, just show up ready to shake it!

Grab a kettlebell and crush your next workout! This full-body, 30-minute routine will sculpt your body as you groove along to high-energy tunes.

YOGA

Quiet the noise and ease the stress of the day with Powerhouse Yoga. Controlled movements are designed to improve your flexibility, balance, strength, and posture. You’ll leave this class feeling more relaxed, more centered, and more alive.
