Yes! We have a fun playroom and experienced caregivers who will watch your child while you work out. This convenient service is available six days a week. Just check the playroom hours ahead of your visit.

HIIT workouts are the shortest and most efficient workouts possible. They typically last 30 minutes or less. If you would like to continue exercising after your HIIT session is complete, you’re welcome to pay a small $5 club fee and access our indoor running track, plus the full range of cardio, machine, and free weight equipment at Shenandoah Powerhouse.
