HIIT is practiced by Olympic athletes, military, professional ballplayers, law enforcement, and fitness enthusiasts worldwide who require functional strength, agility, and peak conditioning to be their best.
HiitFIT:30 is a proprietary half-hour program that makes the benefits of HIIT accessible to committed individuals regardless of experience. At its core is a qualified team of nationally-certified fitness coaches (HiitFIT Coaches) who program daily workouts to be fun, fresh, and challenging for every participant. A pair of HiitFIT Coaches leads each session to motivate and guide athletes, ensuring safety, proper form, and a killer 30-minute workout.
During successive trainings, you’ll feed off the energy of those around you as you achieve higher and higher levels of personal fitness. Since sessions are limited to six athletes, each workout becomes more like dynamic group training with friends and your HiitFIT Coach. You can expect to burn 300-400 calories during the workout and continue to burn fat for up to 36 hours!
